What would I say to review one of the finest hotels in the world. The lobby is grand and awe inspiring. The staff are professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Plus they have a lot of activities on national day which was fun for the kids. The pools is also amazing. And they have a good cigar lounge.

What truly set this stay apart was the incredible warmth and politeness of the staff. Upon learning that I was visiting from the hospital, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Not only did they make sure I had everything I needed, but they also surprised me by upgrading my room to a breathtaking suite. The gesture was beyond generous and touched my heart deeply. ( mowahab , Omar , mona ) Each day brought new surprises that left me in awe. The hotel staff took it upon themselves to send me thoughtful gifts and messages, creating an environment of care and positivity that I had never experienced before. Whether it was a platter of fresh fruits or a bouquet of fragrant flowers, these gestures turned my stay into a dreamlike experience. Waking up to a personalized message and a small gift on my bedside table became a cherished routine.
